The Armchair Valuer is a fast and effective management tool for the entire property data collection cycle, including desktop review, field review, data capture, QA and data edit.

Various sources of data such as Deeds Office data, GIS data and 360° road-level imagery, are consolidated and presented to users as a dashboard from which users can derive and capture / edit data as part of Desktop Review, thereby minimizing time-intensive site visits. Where further information is required, workpackages can be created on the fly for Field Review.

The Armchair Valuer is extremely flexible and easy to use, thus empowering system users to do their day to day tasks quickly and effortlessly on their own.
