Using this solution, data is captured using a ball point pen and is directly transformed to a digital database by the help of sensors on the pen. The entire task significantly reduces the effort in the workflow as the need to manually digitize the form is removed.

There is no learning curve in order to get the end user started and chances for typo errors while digitization is completely eliminated. In addition there are other attributes that can be captured along with the form data, such as date/time, location (in the form of GPS Coordinates), photographs etc. The system is loosely coupled and service oriented and integrates well with existing enterprise systems.
