Graduate Recruitment Programme

Data World runs a Graduate Recruitment programme which taps into the vast number of IT graduates. This gives Data World an adequate supply of fresh graduates, who can be trained on ADF implementations. This provides a steady supply of enthusiastic resources that are willing to learn.

The programme starts in July when presentations are made at the Universities; interested students are then given the opportunity to apply and undergo the following:

Psychometric tests

Involving mathematics, language, analytical and spatial ability, this ensures that we choose the best candidates.

Interview
Next phase is to check the work attitude and academic ability in the technical field of choice.
Data World basically recruits students for Business Analyst and Developer positions. After induction the trainees are assigned to a mentor who then spends 3 months providing hands-on training in various aspects of ADF implementation, this is coupled with structured training provided once a week. This helps in striking a balance between theoretical and practical knowledge.

Remuneration
The successful Graduates will receive a starting Salary of R10 000.00 ctc
